El CEIP "La Fuente" es un colegio bilingüe en
Nambroca, localidad con nivel socioeconómico medio-bajo y donde las familias dependen de
recursos públicos para la formación complementaria de sus hijos.
A pesar de contar con 525 alumnos (45 de atención a
la diversidad) y 36 docentes más el equipo de orientación, la implantación de nuevas iniciativas es fácil
por la estabilidad de la plantilla, aun así los nuevos docentes necesitan formación
Nuestro colegio apuesta por la FORMACIÓN INTEGRAL, las necesidades del alumnado del
S.XXI requieren desarrollar estrategias colaborativas y de aprendizaje basado
en proyectos, fundamentales para el trabajo de las inteligencias holística
y emocional. Como centro bilingüe usamos el Aprendizaje Integrado de Contenidos y Lenguas
Extranjeras para la adquisición de idiomas. Además en plena Era Digital queremos capacitar al
alumnado en el uso adecuado de herramientas web y redes sociales, que les hagan
pasar de consumidores a creadores de contenidos.
“INTO THE FUTURE” es nuestro tercer proyecto Erasmus+, y deseamos
seguir formándonos en aras de nuestro objetivo principal: “La
educación de nuestro alumnado, desde lo afectivo a lo cognitivo,
promoviendo valores de solidaridad, cooperación, interculturalidad, responsabilidad e inclusión.”
En el análisis previo detectamos estas necesidades y
condicionantes:
1. La Comisión Europea pide que el aprendizaje basado en cooperación e
inteligencias múltiples esté implícito en nuestra metodología.
2. La Consejería de Educación de CLM dispone que el profesorado que imparte áreas
en inglés ha de utilizar metodología CLIL.
3. Según la normativa sobre evaluación,
hemos de desarrollar la competencia digital en el alumnado, eso implica el uso
creativo, crítico y seguro de las tecnologías de
la información.
4. Nuestro proyecto educativo aboga por un modelo pedagógico
basado en inteligencias múltiples, metodologías cooperativas y utilización de
herramientas digitales como vías de creación, cooperación y colaboración.
5. Necesitamos formación específica para aplicar el modelo del Aula del Futuro en
nuestro centro, eso requiere formación en metodología maker, STEAM, ABP, etc... y grandes dosis de
creatividad.
6. Este curso iniciamos un programa piloto para sustituir libros de texto
por tablets y/o netbooks, y no disponemos de formación
para ello.
7. Queremos dar otro paso adelante en la Dimensión
Europea del centro, pues aunque ya participamos de proyectos eTwinning queremos
participar también de Asociaciones Estratégicas.
Exponemos aquí los objetivos de nuestro proyecto y los
resultados que esperamos de ellos:
1. Formar a nuestro profesorado en el ámbito del proyecto Future Classroom Lab.
Iniciaremos una nueva metodología desde la creatividad y la cooperación,
creándose espacios para: Investigar, crear, presentar,
interactuar e intercambiar.
2. Potenciar la dimensión europea del centro incrementando los contactos con
otros docentes europeos para facilitar futuros proyectos.
Mejorará la calidad del input lingüístico que recibe el alumnado, incrementando su
uso.
Adquiriremos nuevos conocimientos sociales y culturales de Europa.
Ampliaremos nuestra red de centros.
3. Formar al profesorado en herramientas digitales web 2.0 y 3.0, redes
sociales, plataformas educativas y Etiqueta-Net.
Crearemos un repositorio de herramientas digitales.
Propiciaremos la motivación del alumnado.
Utilizaremos plataformas digitales en lugar de libro de texto.
Permitirá a nuestro alumnado acceder a la ciudadanía
digital.
4. Dotar al profesorado de rudimentos básicos sobre competencias en ABP.
Ayudará a incrementar la motivación e implicación del alumnado.
Fomentará la cooperación en nuestra Comunidad Educativa.
5. Formar al profesorado en creatividad, innovación y
el pensamiento crítico.
Ayudará a que nuestro alumnado se atreva a crear e innovar, y
pensar criticamente.
Habilitará al alumnado menos capaz a participar activamente.
Integraremos en las programaciones estas capacidades para que el alumnado
tome sentido de identidad.
6. Formar a 3 docentes de DNL en metodología centrada en el alumno, propia del CLIL.
Dotaremos de base científica CLIL a los docentes participantes.
El alumnado estará más motivado al partir de sus conocimientos previos e
inquietudes.
Ampliaremos la batería de recursos CLIL del centro.
Potenciará el elemento intercultural esencial en la enseñanza
CLIL.
Además esta inversión realizada en “capital humano” redundará en:
a. Innovación pedagógica en todo el centro por la formación en
cascada prevista.
b. Un estímulo positivo a la labor diaria del docente, su proceso
de formación y también para el alumnado.
En definitiva, a largo plazo el éxito del proyecto generará
nuevos entornos físicos y pedagógicos en el CEIP “La Fuente”, adaptados a las necesidades del alumnado y con
metodologías del S.XXI, mejorando la convivencia y siempre dentro
del marco de Europa como marco de movilidad y futura empleabilidad.
CEIP "La Fuente" is a
bilingual school in #Nambroca, a town with a medium-low socioeconomic level and
where families depend on public resources for the complementary education of
their children.
Despite having 525 students (45
for diversity) and 36 teachers plus the guidance team, the implementation of
new initiatives is easy because of the stability of the staff, even so new
teachers need training.
Our school is committed to
INTEGRAL TRAINING, the needs of 21st century students require th development of
collaborative strategies and project-based learning, fundamental to the work of
holistic and emotional intelligences. As a bilingual centre we use Content and
Foreign Language Integrated Learning for language acquisition. In addition, in
the midst of the Digital Age we want to train students in the proper use of web
tools and social networks, which make them move from consumers to content
creators.
"INTO THE FUTURE" is our
third Erasmus+ project, and we wish to continue training for the sake of our
main objective: "The education of our students, from the affective to the
cognitive, promoting values of solidarity, cooperation, interculturality,
responsibility and inclusion".
In the previous analysis we
detected these needs and conditioning factors:
1. The European Commission calls
for learning based on cooperation and multiple intelligences to be implicit in
our methodology.
2. The Department of Education of
CLM states that teachers who teach areas in English must use CLIL methodology.
3. According to the regulations
on evaluation, we have to develop digital competence in the students, which
implies the creative, critical and safe use of information technologies.
4. Our educational project
advocates a pedagogical model based on multiple intelligences, cooperative
methodologies and the use of digital tools as means of creation, cooperation
and collaboration.
5. We need specific training to
apply the model of the Future Classroom Lab in our center, that requires
training in maker methodology, STEAM, PBL, etc ... and large doses of
creativity.
6. This course we started a pilot
program to replace textbooks with tablets and/or netbooks, and we have no prior
training for it.
7. We want to take another step
forward in the European Dimension of the centre, because although we already
participate in eTwinning projects we also want to participate in Strategic
Partnerships.
We present here the objectives of
our project and the results we expect from them:
1. To train our teaching staff in
the scope of the Future Classroom Lab project.
We will start a new methodology
from creativity and cooperation, creating spaces for: Research, create,
present, interact and exchange.
2. To strengthen the European
dimension of the school by increasing contacts with other European teachers in
order to facilitate future projects.
It will improve the quality of
the linguistic input received by the students, increasing its use.
We will acquire new social and
cultural knowledge of Europe.
We will expand our network of centres.
3. To train teachers in web 2.0
and 3.0 digital tools, social networks, educational platforms and Nettiquette.
We will create a repository of
digital tools.
We will encourage the motivation
of the students.
We will use digital platforms
instead of textbooks.
It will allow our students to
access digital citizenship.
4. To provide teachers with the
fundamental rudiments of PBL competencies.
It will help to increase student
motivation and involvement.
It will foster cooperation in our
Educational Community.
5. To train teachers in
creativity, innovation and critical thinking.
It will help our students dare to
create and innovate, and think critically.
It will enable the least able
students to participate actively.
We will integrate these skills
into the programmes so that the students can take on a sense of identity.
6. To train 3 non linguistic
teachers in the CLIL student-centred methodology.
We will provide the participating
teachers with a CLIL scientific base.
Students will be more motivated
by their previous knowledge and concerns.
We'll expand the center's
repository of CLIL resources.
It will enhance the essential
intercultural element in CLIL teaching.
In addition, this investment in
"human capital" will result in:
a. Pedagogical innovation
throughout the centre through the planned cascade training.
b. A positive stimulus to the
daily work of the teacher, his training process and also for the students.
In short, in the long term, the
success of the project will generate new physical and pedagogical environments
in the CEIP "La Fuente", adapted to the needs of the students and
with 21st century methodologies, improving coexistence and always within the
framework of Europe as a framework for mobility and future employability.
